How do I start a Glow return?

We want your Glow Workwear to fit like a dream. Not the perfect dreamy fit? If you want to provide feedback about fit or style, you can do so here!

Shopping online can be great but sometimes returns happen. Good thing returns are easy with Glow’s free return shipping on U.S. orders. We accept returns that are unworn/unwashed and made within 60 days of your order’s ship date. Please email hello@glowworkwear.com with your order number to start your return. We will send you a return label via email. Print off the return label, place on your package, and drop off at USPS.

What is Glow’s return policy?

A return must be requested 60 days of the order’s original ship date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must include the packing slip supplied with the return label. Please ship only items included on the packing slip in that particular return package. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original, sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. Some items are are not eligible for return (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase). Sets and Kits are not eligible for partial exchange or return. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange at the current time.

For all U.S. orders, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however if you need to return your item, the return shipping is free.

I would like to return for a refund.

No problem. Send us an email at hello@glowworkwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll promptly email you a return label that you can print and place on your package. Drop it in the mail and you are all set! Funds will be returned to your original payment source once we have received and reviewed the items.

I need to exchange for a different size.

You betcha. We are working on this feature next, but do not yet have the infrastructure to do exchanges. Please return your item(s) for a refund and order the different size you need. We will ship them right away.

I want to exchange for a different style.

We hear you. We want you to love what you wear. At this time, we can not exchange for a different style. We are working on launching this feature next. Please return the item(s) you do not want to keep and reorder the style you would like.

I requested a refund. How long will it take?

We work fast. It takes an average of 7 business days to receive your order. Once received, it may take up to 10 days to process your refund, as we inspect all returns before issuing a refund back to your original payment method. Once your refund has been sent, it may take two more days for the payment to be posted to your account.

Yikes! I think I received something that is damaged.

If you received something that looks to be damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@glowworkwear.com. We will get back to you right away and find a solution.

What carriers do you use?

We use USPS and UPS. We use USPS and UPS ground on most U.S. orders. Please allow 7-12 days for your order to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

What if I need to cancel or change my order once submitted?

Because we work quickly to get your order to you, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order once submitted. Send us an email at hello@glowworkwear.com and we will work to fix the problem prior to shipping (or to cancel). If the workwear doesn’t work perfectly, or it’s just not the right size, don’t sweat it. Just head over to our returns page and return the item(s). We want you to love the items you work in.
